Saturday night we went to the UAB Blazers Girls Basketball game. Hueytown was having a thing called Books for Baskets contest between some schools. Our school was judged on how many people from the school came, how many people wore school colors and how much school spirit we had. They also had 3 people form our school shoot as many baskets as they could within a certain time and they did so good... Needless to say we did great and HUEYTOWN ELEMENTARY ROCKS!!! We all had a blast and hope to get some tickets just to have a fun night with the family! The picture of the little girl is Colby's 3rd grade teacher's daughter. She is the sweetest little thing!
