It is crazy that both our 2 sisters have graduated and are in college, 1 brother just graduated high school and is about to start college and and 1 brother has graduated from college already. It seems like yesterday that they were all so young and in elementary school. They have all become wonderful kids and we love all 4 of them very much! CONGRATS Cody we knew you could do it. This is what my sweet baby gave his Mommy for Mother's Day. He went to the mall with Zack and came home with this. He knows that I LOVE willow tree's and he saw this one at Hallmark and bought it plus he bought me Vera Wang Princess Perfume which I love.. He not only picked it out himself but it paid for almost all of it with his own money. He told Chris he wanted to buy it with his own money... I have the sweetest little boy around. Thank you Bubby for being suck a joy in my life and making my Mother's Day perfect. I LOVE YOU!!

***NO DOWNPAYMENT MORTGAGE FOR TORNADO DISASTER VICTIMS***

I just wanted to pass this along to everyone so it can get to those who need help...  We attend CRBC and this is where I got the info from so it is NOT a scam it is the real thing.  I hope this helps the ones who need it...
All you need to do is contact a local realator (Jessica Bonds Letson - Re/Max Advantage McCalla 205-999-8882) to find out more info..
Below is information on the new 203h loan for tornado diaster victims.

FHA 203h - Disaster Victims Program

NO DOWNPAYMENT MORTGAGES FOR Tornado DISASTER VICTIMS

HUD has a mortgage financing program that requires no down payment for people whose homes have been destroyed or damaged due to the tornadoes. In addition to requiring no down payment, potential homeowners can live anywhere they choose in the United States.

"HUD is committed to helping people affected by these terrible disasters to re-establish their lives," HUD spokesperson Jackson said. "We want to give these families and individuals an opportunity to start over - as homeowners - whether they owned or rented their previous residences."

Under the special mortgage program, called Section 203(h), HUD, through the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), will insure mortgages for individuals or families in a Presidentially-declared disaster area whose residences were destroyed or damaged to such an extent that replacement is necessary. Borrowers must be able to qualify for FHA mortgages, which are generally easier to qualify for than those on the private market, but they will not have to put any cash down to purchase the property.

What is 203(h)?
Under the 203(h) program, FHA insures mortgages for victims of a major disaster who have lost their homes and are in the process of rebuilding or buying another home.

Who is eligible for a Section 203(h) insured mortgage?
Individuals are eligible for this program if their home -- whether they owned their home or rented-- is located in an area designated by the President as a disaster area, and their home was damaged to such an extent that reconstruction or replacement is necessary. These individuals must be able to qualify for a mortgage through FHA's underwriting guidelines, which are generally more lenient than in the private sector.

How much down payment is required?
No down payment is required under the Section 203(h) program. Potential homeowners are eligible for 100% financing of the mortgage. The seller can pay up to 6% of purchaser’s closing costs.

What is the maximum mortgage amount that FHA will insure?
The amount of the mortgage that HUD will insure depends on the location of the property. FHA Mortgage limits in our area is $271,050.

How can I apply for a FHA insured 203(h) mortgage?
The borrower must apply for an FHA insured mortgage within one year of the President's declaration of the disaster.

April 27th, 2011

This is what we drove through to get to my Nana's house on Wednesday April 27th.. We had to go the back way to even get P.G. to her house. As we were driving down 15th street to get to 269 the path of the Tornado started. It came so close to our own house it was very scary to see just how close it really was. The only thing I could do it cry and thank GOD that our entire family was ok and not hurt when it came through Concord and Pleasant Grove. This is what most of Pleasant Grove looks like now. I grew up in Hueytown & Pleasant Grove and graduated from P.G. and it breaks my heart to see this disaster in person. The last 2 pictures are of my Nana's house and where my Aunt Kathy, Uncle Carey, Matt & Tiff lived just a year ago. I thank GOD that they moved b/c there is nothing left of that house as you can see. The place they went to be "safe" from things like this is nothing but a pile of bricks and blocks. I have cried so much this past week my eyes are a mess.. I pray that GOD with be with the ones that have lost everything, had damage to their homes/cars and for the ones who lost loved ones.

On Sunday April 17th Colby got baptised by his Youth Minister Jason. On February 19th Colby gave his heart to OUR AMAZING GOD when Crossroad had the youth D-Now weekend. We are so very proud of our little man for giving his heart to the Lord. He brings such joy to the both of us and we are so happy for him. Here are a few pictures from that day.
