ENTRANCE FEE $80.00 PER BOAT – EARLY REGISTRATION

$100.00 PER BOAT ON SATURDAY

70% PAYBACK/ payout based on number of boats ($1,000.00 guarantee for 1st place)

RULES:

1. Tournament hours will be from safe daylight till 2:00PM. All boats must be inside of buoy at 2:00pm with boat number announced to weigh fish, or be disqualified.

2. Maximum of two people per boat. Single fishermen are allowed.

3. Order of boat take off will be determined by registration.

4. All fish brought to scales (except trophy bass) will be released.

5. There will be a five (5) bass per boat limit. All fish must be at least 12” long on a golden rule.

6. Only largemouth and spotted bass will be weighed.

7. No alcoholic beverages allowed during tournament or weigh in.

8. No trolling, live bait, jigger poling, or fishing within 50 yards of another boat.

9. Contestants must wear a life jacket and kill switch whenever main motor is running.

10. No locking thru any dam or trailering boat during tournament hours.

11. Tournament committee will inspect all live wells and boats prior to start of tournament.

12. The tournament committee reserves the right to disqualify questionable fish.

13. There will be a 4 ounce penalty per dead fish. Only 2 dead fish per boat can be weighed.

14. Any question not covered by these rules will be decided by the tournament committee. Decision of the committee will be final.

15. All winners must pass polygraph test if committee chooses.

16. You may pre register by mail or register before tournament at the launch.



BY SIGNING BELOW, WE HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE JAMIE LAYTON CAGLE, ALL OTHER CONTESTANTS, AND TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE AND VOLUNTEERS FROM ALL CLAIMS OF INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS TOURNAMENT. WE FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUND THIS ENTRANCE FEE FOR ANY REASON, IF IT CHOOSES NOT TO ACCEPT MY APPLICATION. WE WILL ABIDE BY THE ABOVE RULES AND ACCEPT THE DECISION OF THE COMMITTEE IN THE CASE OF A DISAGREEMENT.
